申請應繳交文件 Required Documents
一、 繳交資料明細表。

二、 入學申請表一份（附貼最近三個月內二吋半身脫帽近照）。
The completed application form with a recent passport photo (within three months) attached.
三、 具結書正本1份。
One original copy of Deposition.
四、 授權書正本1份。
One original copy of Authorization Statement
五、 戶口名簿、護照或其他國籍證明文件影本1份。
One photocopy of family book ,passport or other proof of nationality
六、 財力證明(具備足夠在臺就學之財力證明書3,000美金以上，限提供本人或三等親內出具財力證明、匯款證明；非本人之財力須另繳附親屬關係證明)。
Financial Proof (Proof of sufficient funds for studying in Taiwan, with a financial statement of USD 3,000 or more. Only financial statements from the applicant, third-degree relatives are accepted, along with remittance proof.
七、 最高學歷或同等學力證明文件1份（中、英文以外之語文，應加附中文或英文譯本1份）。
One photocopy of the applicant’s graduation diploma or degree certificate (These documents should be translated into English or Chinese if they are in other languages).
八、 歷年成績單證明文件1份(中、英文以外之語文，應附中文或英文譯本)。
One photocopy of the applicant’s official academic record (These documents should be translated into English or Chinese if they are in other languages).
九、 自傳1000字以內（選繳）。
Autobiography (under 1000 words, (*optional))
十、 各項證明能力之文件（選繳）。
